Mazie has been passionate about helping women live their best lives for as long as she can remember. “The key to a healthy and happy life is a combination of good nutrition, mindfulness, and movement.” is her mantra. Dedicated to her career. Mazie has helped women achieve their health and wellness goals for the past 12 years.
Mazie's approach to health and wellness is holistic. She addresses all aspects of a person's health; physical, mental, and emotional. Using proven methods, tools, and techniques to help her clients achieve their goals.
Mazie is a certified nutritionist and health coach. She has a master's degree from the Maryland University of Integrative Health. Certified through Loma Linda Lifestyle Medicine Institute. Complete Health Improvement Program improving cardiovascular health. A Hatha yoga teacher. Certified Yoga Alliance teacher trainer and trauma-sensitive yoga teacher. She has been teaching yoga teachers for over 12 years and has led retreats all over the world.
